Before Your Lash Appointment

A little preparation helps Waruni spend more of your appointment creating your lash design.

Please arrive with clean, dry lashes

Your lashes and eye area should be completely free from:

• Mascara
• Eyeliner and eyeshadow
• False lashes and lash-glue residue
• Eye creams and heavy moisturisers
• Facial oils, cleansing balms and other oily products around the lash line

Please avoid curling your natural lashes before your appointment.

Contact lenses

If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before the treatment. Bring your glasses or a contact-lens case if required, as your eyes will remain closed during the application.

Tell Waruni before your appointment

Please contact Waruni in advance if:

• You currently have eye redness, swelling, irritation or an eye infection
• You have recently had eye surgery or another treatment around the eyes
• You have known sensitivities or allergies
• You already have lash extensions applied by another artist

Waruni can advise whether your appointment should proceed or be rescheduled.

Help us personalise your lashes

You are welcome to bring an inspiration photo or explain whether you prefer a natural, defined, full, dramatic or coloured lash style. Waruni will recommend a design suited to your eye shape, natural lashes and lifestyle.

Please arrive on time so there is enough time for your consultation and complete lash application.

How should I care for lash extensions?

Be gentle around the eye area and avoid rubbing, pulling or picking at your lash extensions. Keep your follow-up advice from Waruni in mind, as your routine may be personalised for your lash set.

• Avoid rubbing or pulling the lashes.
• Keep appointments and refills on the schedule agreed with Waruni.
• Ask Waruni before using products around the eye area if you are unsure.

When should I ask Waruni for advice?

Contact Waruni if you are unsure about aftercare, refills, removal or the products you are using. She can provide guidance based on your individual service.

Do lash extensions last the same length of time for everyone?

No result or wear period is guaranteed. Your natural lashes, routine and aftercare all differ, so Waruni can advise on the right refill service for you.
